| As an Internet marketer, the first decision you'll have to make is whether you'll want to develop and sell your own products or if you want to get paid selling things that other people have put together. Unless you are writing eBooks (more about that later), selling other people's products through affiliate programs might just be the simplest way to make money on the net. If you've noticed the decor of this page, you'll notice that it has a feel of the party just beginning. For future affiliate marketers, today is the day that you learn about the best programs to join! For myself, I only promote the products that I've used myself and are from reputable sources. In the beginning, why promote something or someone that no one has heard of. If there is a buzz going around about a particular product, you can actually take advantage of the fact that word of mouth advertising is constantly going on and when the person lands on your page, they are familiar with the product somewhat already and finally choose to buy. That's what I do and am doing quite well even though I only REALLY started 6 months ago. Check out these resources when doing your research: If it's not being talked about in these forums, it's probably not any good. This is where some of the big dogs hang out so go sniff a little tail.
